Cancellation & Refund Policy – RRR Group India

At RRR Group India, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• Customers can request order cancellations within 06 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted. Customers may need to follow the return process instead.

1.2 Cancellation by RRR Group India

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of the product
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer
  • Payment issues or fraudulent transactions
  • Any unforeseen circumstances affecting the order fulfillment

• In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Canceled orders within the eligible cancellation period
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect products received (proof required)
• Non-delivery of the product beyond the estimated delivery date (subject to investigation)

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Customized or personalized products
• Orders canceled after dispatch

2.2 Refund Process

• Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided based on the situation.

3. Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
• Return the product in its original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per the case.
