  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized embroidery machines and bulk orders may take additional processing time. In such cases, our team will provide an estimated shipping date.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): 5-10 business days
  • International Shipping: 15-30 business days (subject to customs clearance)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping charges vary based on the product size, weight, and delivery location. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
