Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 05-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

All tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be included.

Once approved, send the return to:

If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
To cancel your order, contact us at rrrembrosolution@gmail.com with your order ID.
Once cancelled, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our return policy.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rrrembrosolution@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
Need a different item?
Return the product as per our return policy. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
