Shipping Policy


1. Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 days based on the shipping Address. If it is urgent you can opt for express delivery in checkout page.
During periods of high order volume, dispatches may take slightly longer. In such cases, please allow additional transit time. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.


2. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at customer.support@rrrgroup.in. We’ll do our best to update the details if your order has not yet been dispatched.


3. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion. Reshipping will require payment of additional shipping charges.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking status shows “delivered.”
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

  • Report the issue to local authorities if necessary.


5. Return Request Timeline

We allow returns within 10 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

In the event any item in your order is out of stock:

  • We will wait until all items are available before dispatching the complete order.

  • If you would prefer partial shipment, please email us to request it.
